Cancellation Policy

Audio Recording Service Policy Welcome to [Your Studio Name]. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality audio recording services. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Booking and Payment Booking: All recording sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Studio Rules and Regulations Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund. Guests: You are welcome to bring up to two guests to your session. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring more. Conduct: We maintain a professional environment and expect all clients and guests to behave respectfully. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund. Equipment: Our equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Any damage to equipment caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility. Recording and Usage Recording Rights: All recordings remain the property of [Your Studio Name] until full payment is received. ADMFA AUDIO is not responsible for injury or any personal property left in the studio.
