Service Description

LED Installation and Uninstallation Services Our LED installation and uninstallation services provide comprehensive solutions for all your LED screen needs. Whether you’re looking to enhance your business with vibrant LED displays or need professional assistance in removing existing installations, our experienced team is here to help. LED Installation Services Consultation and Design: We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your requirements and goals. Our team works closely with you to design a customized LED display solution that perfectly fits your space and meets your visual and functional needs. High-Quality, High-Definition LED Screens: We offer a wide range of high-definition LED screens, including indoor and outdoor options, various resolutions, and sizes to match your specific needs. Our products are sourced from leading manufacturers to ensure durability, clarity, and energy efficiency. Our high-definition LED screens provide stunning visuals with vibrant coloTerms of Deposit and Payment Deposit: A deposit of half will be made by the customer to secure the LED installation screen and schedule the installation date. Balance Due: Balance is required before the installation. This payment must be received in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled installation date. Non-Refundable Deposit: Customer agrees that $500 of the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as a restocking fee, and due to missed bookings for the hold. This includes but is not limited to cancellation of the installation by the customer, changes in the customer's project requirements, or failure to meet the payment deadline. We can work with the customer to reschedule, but additional fees may be included due to material availability and scheduling adjustments. No Services Rendered Without Full Payment: Installation services will not be rendered until the full balance of $1,500 has been received. If the balance is not paid by the specified deadline, the scheduled installation will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Payment Methods: Accepted methods of payment include [list acceptable payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.]. Please ensure payments are made to [provide payment details, such as account number or payment portal link]. Confirmation of Payment: Once the full payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to the customer, and the installation will proceed as scheduled.


Cancellation Policy

Audio Recording Service Policy Welcome to [Your Studio Name]. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality audio recording services. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Booking and Payment Booking: All recording sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Studio Rules and Regulations Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund. Guests: You are welcome to bring up to two guests to your session. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring more. Conduct: We maintain a professional environment and expect all clients and guests to behave respectfully. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund. Equipment: Our equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Any damage to equipment caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility. Recording and Usage Recording Rights: All recordings remain the property of [Your Studio Name] until full payment is received. Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you will receive full usage rights to your recordings. Archiving: We retain copies of all recordings for 30 days after the session. If you need additional copies or long-term storage, please let us know. Special Offer Policy 713 Day Offer: The free 1-hour recording session must be booked by July 31 and used within two weeks of booking. Eligibility: This offer is valid for new and returning clients. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Restrictions: This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and is only valid for sessions booked and used in July. ADMFA AUDIO is not responsible for injury or any personal property left in the studio.
