1. Program Overview and Admission:
The ADMFA Audio Academy is a non-accredited vocational training institution offering both online and practical training tailored for individuals aspiring to become proficient in the responsibilities of sound engineering. Entry to courses is strictly limited to registered students. Please note that individual courses are not available for separate purchase.
2. Course Materials and Attendance:
It is incumbent upon students to procure all necessary course materials for successful completion of all coursework. It is imperative that students maintain regular attendance. However, if a session is missed, it can be attended during the next cycle for a fee of $25 for the first missed session and $150 for any subsequent missed sessions.
3. Media Authorization and Usage:
By registering for this academy certification, you grant ADMFA Audio the unequivocal right to utilize any produced material and your image for promotional purposes, dissemination, and other related activities, devoid of any constraints or associated fees for the use of such materials.
4. Conduct and Behavior:
It is our expectation that all attendees maintain a professional demeanor. Derogatory language or mistreatment of fellow students, instructors, or staff is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause will lead to immediate expulsion from the academy without any reimbursement.
5. Refund and Payment Policies:
Refunds can be requested up to 90 days prior to the commencement of the registered course or within 90 days from the purchase date, whichever is earlier. Should a refund be approved, only 20% of the total amount paid will be reimbursed. Payments are accepted exclusively in cash or via money order. Upon receiving an acceptance letter, fees must be remitted within 24 hours; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the reserved seat.
6. Course Size and Completion Criteria:
To provide a more tailored and interactive experience, each course is limited to between five and ten participants. To be awarded a certificate, students must achieve a minimum score of 75% on all assignments, quizzes, mid-terms, and final exams.
7. Post-Graduation Benefits and Membership:
Graduates and contractors who successfully clear the ADMFA Audio Academy job board examination will attain Gold Member status on the ADMFA Audio job board. Membership fees are waived for one year post successful completion of our non-accredited certificate program. It should be noted that membership prices are subject to revisions based on various determinants.
Please note that membership does not infer employment status with ADMFA Audio or its subsidiaries. All members function as independent contractors and are therefore not privy to any employee benefits provided by ADMFA Audio. Contractors are obligated to settle their annual taxes with the Internal Revenue Service.
8. Liability Waiver:
All enrollees agree to absolve ADMFA Audio, including its affiliates, trustees, clients, workers, shareholders, and sponsors, from any liability arising from occupational incidents, educational discrepancies, accidents, or injuries.
