ADMFA Audio Referral Program Overview

Welcome to the ADMFA Audio Referral Program! This exciting program is designed to reward those who help us expand our reach by referring new clients to our equipment rental and studio services. Here's how it works:

Equipment Rentals: For every equipment rental contract you refer, you earn a commission of 8% of the total contract value.
Studio Time: For every booking of studio time you refer, you earn a commission of 5% of the total booking value.

Examples

Equipment Rentals: If you refer a client who signs an equipment rental contract of $1,000, you'll earn $80 ($1,000 * 8%).

Studio Time: If you refer a client who books studio time worth $500 (for example, 10 hours at $50 per hour), you'll earn $25 ($500 * 5%).

Eligibility: This program is open to anyone 16 years of age or older. Participants must adhere to the program rules and conditions to remain eligible.

Referral Process: Direct the potential client to our website and ask them to provide your email address when they book equipment or studio time.

Referral Submission: Visit our referral page at admfaaudio.com/referral to register your referrals. Provide the necessary information, including your email address and the email addresses of your referrals.

Tracking and Paying Commissions: We track referrals associated with each participant based on the email addresses provided during booking. Commissions are calculated and paid out on a monthly basis, 5-10 days after the event (i.e., the completion of the rental contract or the booked studio time).

Payment Options: Participants can choose to receive their commissions via cash pick-up or a mailed cash card. Please note, card fees will be deducted from the commission amount for cash card payments.

Leaderboard: We maintain a leaderboard on the referral page of our website. This board displays the top referrers in terms of the total business referred. The leaderboard is updated periodically.

Referral Program Agreement: Participation in the referral program implies agreement to adhere to the program rules and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Legal Disclaimer: ADMFA Audio reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program at its discretion. The program is designed to incentivize the referral of new, genuine customers. Any form of spam or dishonest practices is not permitted. Participation in the referral program indicates agreement to these terms and all relevant laws and regulations.

By participating in the ADMFA Audio Referral Program, each participant agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless ADMFA Audio, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any rewards (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Participants also agree that under no circumstances will they be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. In the event of a dispute, the participant agrees that they will bring no suit or claim against ADMFA Audio for any reason. If a dispute cannot be resolved, then the decision of ADMFA Audio will be final and binding. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants and ADMFA Audio in connection with the Referral Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Harris County, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. ADMFA Audio Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The ADMFA Audio Referral Program is open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older.
Referral Rewards: Referral rewards are calculated based on the total value of the referred booking. Equipment rental referrals earn a reward of 8% of the total booking value. Studio time referrals earn a reward of 5% of the total booking value.
Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked through the ADMFA Audio website using the email addresses provided during booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their referrals use the correct email address when booking.
Commission Payment: Commission payments are made 5-10 days after the completion of the referred booking. Payments can be received via cash pick-up or a mailed cash card. If the latter is chosen, the associated card fees will be deducted from the commission amount.
Cancelled Bookings: If a referred booking is cancelled for any reason, the associated referral reward will also be cancelled. Referral rewards are only paid for completed bookings.
Compliance with Laws: Participants in the referral program are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to regulations relating to advertising, privacy, and data protection.
Unacceptable Practices: Any form of spam, unsolicited commercial email, or dishonest or misleading practices are not permitted. ADMFA Audio reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such practices, and to cancel any unpaid referral rewards associated with the participant.
Changes to the Program: ADMFA Audio reserves the right to change or end the referral program at any time. This includes changes to the program rules, referral reward amounts, and the referral tracking and payment processes.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the ADMFA Audio Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid referral rewards.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to the referral program will be governed by the laws of Harris County, Texas, and must be resolved in the courts of Harris County.
